Yes, we provide free samples once the order details are confirmed. You can approve the design and quality before proceeding with mass production. Shipping charges for samples are usually borne by the buyer.

If you receive damaged or defective products, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will ask for photos or videos of the damage to process a replacement or issue a refund. For defective or incorrect products, we will cover the return shipping costs.
