1. Custom Orders Are Non-Returnable
All custom-made flip flops (with specific logo, color, size, or packaging) are non-refundable and non-returnable unless there is a production defect or shipping error.
2. Return Eligibility
We accept returns or replacements under the following conditions:

The products are defective or damaged during shipping

The issue is reported within 7 days of receiving the goods

3. Non-Eligible Situations
We do not accept returns in these cases:

Products were damaged due to misuse or improper storage

Minor color or size variations within industry tolerances

Delays caused by logistics providers or customs clearance

Orders that are customized correctly as per approved sample
